Arrival, equipment and booking details for your first class.

Cancel at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations, missed classes and arrival more than 5 minutes late use one visit from your plan. Read the studio policy.

All sessions are reserved in advance. Online booking through Mindbody is coming soon. Contact the studio to discuss availability; an enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your session. Grip socks are required for reformer classes; mats, props and everything else are provided within the studio.

Convenient parking is available within One Park Avenue, Sobha Hartland. Our team will gladly guide you on arrival.

The studio may be reserved exclusively for private groups, celebrations and corporate wellbeing days. Speak with us to tailor the experience.
