What is the difference between a package and a membership?

Class packages offer 1, 3, 5, 10 or 50 visits, with validity from 1 week to 90 days. Monthly memberships include 4, 8, 12 or 20 visits within 30 days. Each package shows its validity period and booking terms.

Can I pause my monthly membership?

Yes. All monthly memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days. Contact the studio to arrange your freeze.

Which memberships include a Guest Pass?

The 12-visit and 20-visit monthly memberships include a Guest Pass. Contact the studio for guest booking details.

Are yoga and mat classes included?

The 12-visit and 20-visit monthly memberships also include access to Yoga, Mat Yoga and Mat Pilates. Contact the studio for scheduling and access details.

How do I purchase or book?
